Everyone has the right to request that a website, mobile application or any of their elements be available digital. You can also request information to be made available in alternative forms, for example to read a digitally unavailable document, describe the content of the video without audio description, etc. The request should contain the data of the person submitting the request, an indication of which website or mobile application it is meant and the method of contact. If the requesting person reports the need to receive information in an alternative form, he should also specify the form of this information.
The public entity should execute the request immediately and no later than within 7 days. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity shall immediately inform about when it will be possible to fulfill the request, and the deadline may not be longer than 2 months. If accessibility cannot be ensured, the public entity may propose an alternative way of accessing the information. In the event that the public entity refuses to comply with the request to ensure the availability or an alternative method of access to information, the person submitting the request may submit a complaint regarding the provision of digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or website element or mobile application. After exhausting the above-mentioned procedure, you can also submit an application to Ombudsman.
The Provincial House of Culture in Rzeszów is located in a building at ul. Stefan Okrzei 7.
There are two entrances to the building located on the ground floor level (the main entrance is at 7 Stefana Okrzei Street, the second entrance is from the WDK car park. One place in this car park is for people with disabilities).
An external elevator for people with mobility disabilities also leads to the WDK building (from the parking lot).
The second elevator is located in the building and is equipped with a voice communicator to facilitate access to all floors of the building.
On the ground floor of the building (on the left side of the main entrance) of the WDK there is a Concierge, where you can get the necessary information about the activities of WDK.
On the level " -1 " there is a toilet dedicated to people with disabilities.
There are no induction loops in the WDK building that allow hearing impaired people using hearing aids to hear clearly even in acoustically difficult conditions where hearing only with a hearing aid would not be possible.
There are also no Braille markings in the building and no contrast or enlarged print markings for the blind and partially sighted.
It is not possible to use a sign language interpreter (PJM) in the entire facility.
