The Provincial House of Culture in Rzeszów and the Podkarpackie Film Commission invite tourist guides, regionalists, employees of institutions undertaking activities related to culture, protection of cultural and natural heritage to a seminar on film heritage and tourism in Podkarpacie and the Polish-Slovakian borderland within the framework of the GreenFilmTourism project.
The seminar will take place on 10 October 2022 from 10:00 to 14:00 at the Rzeszów Cellars, 26 Rynek Street, 35-064 Rzeszów.
The seminar programme includes:
10:00 - 10:30 - Presentation of the GreenFilmTourism project, the Film Heritage Trail of the Polish-Slovak borderland, the digital map and the greenfilmtourism.eu portal
10:30 - 12:00 - Podkarpackie film trails - lecture by Grażyna Bochenek on links between the Podkarpackie region and its film heritage
12:00 - 12:15 - coffee break
12:15 - 13:15 - The Folk Architecture Museum in Sanok as a film set - lecture by Marcin Krowiak on cooperation of the most popular film location in the Podkarpacie Region with filmmakers from Poland and abroad
13:15 - 13:45 - Behind the camera in Rzeszów - lecture by Anita Drąg-Rutkowska on films shot in Rzeszów
13:45 - 14:00 - Summary and closing of the meeting
Participation is free of charge. The number of places is limited.
