A place in the movie
Biblioteczna Street in Przemyśl is a dead-end street with little traffic, time seems to stand still here for many years.
Two scenes for the series "Young Piłsudski" were filmed here. In one of them, Józef Piłsudski explains to his brother why he does not want to participate in the memorial service for the late Tsar Alexander II. In another scene, it is in this street where he meets his enemy and persecutor, the tsarist colonel Lev Kreutzberg.
We can also recognize the characteristic buildings of Biblioteczna Street in Przemyśl in one of the final shots of the film "Ułaskawienie", when the father of the deceased Odrowąż decides to bring justice to the informer who contributed to his son’s death.
