Description of the place

Korbielów is a small village located in the southern part of the Silesian Province. Numerous tourist routes, as well as the ski infrastructure, allow you to take advantage of numerous attractions. The village itself is a valuable attraction of historic value. Near Korbielów there is a border crossing to Orawa, i.e. to Slovakia.

A place in the movie

The mountain landscapes of Korbielów are visible in numerous scenes of the film "Milion za Laurę" [”A Million for Laura”]. They appeared in this film production as the Bieszczady Mountains. The unique character of the location is associated with its placement on the slopes of the Pilsko mountain massif in the High Beskids. The beauty of nature and remoteness from civilization makes this place a perfect location to be used by filmmakers in folk productions.
