Description of the place
A village located in the Nowy Sącz poviat, on the Poprad River, which in this section forms the border with Slovakia. Thanks to the springs of therapeutic acidic mineral waters, the village has a spa character. It is famous for two monuments - outstanding examples of spa modernism: Sanatorium "Wiktor" and Spa House.

Spa architecture appears in the film Mój Nikifor as a hospital where Nikifor, who suffers from tuberculosis, is brought.
