About the movie
The documentary tells about the work of the Tatra porters, in which earning money was definitely not the first priority. We get to know the oldest generation of porters who supplied the mountain huts in all weathers. Here the porters often found their inner peace. We will learn what led them to choose this way of life. They have become the "last of the Mohicans" on the European continent, as professional porters are now only found in the Tatras.
