About the movie
The dramatic story of young Klement Gottwald from the period of his life in Banska Bystrzyca. Klement Gottwald was a zealous supporter and agitator of the communist movement. In his district, he contributed to the creation of a new organization that united all workers' unions and physical education unions. Moreover, he became the editor of the communist periodical "Głos Ludu", and later the editor-in-chief of "Spartakus". By the decision of the communist party, he had to move to Vrútok, where the editorial offices of communist magazines had moved.

- The film received the award: Prize of the Association of Czechoslovakian Dramatic Artists for the team of Slovak filmmakers for the dramatic preparation of films shot in recent years in Koliba. This prize was awarded at the 22nd Czech and Slovak Film Festival in Banska Bystrica in 1984.
