Inspiracja
The Cieszyn robber Ondraszek was born in November 1680, into the wealthy and well-known family of the Mayor of the village of Janovice.
Already as a child he was a rebel and opposed social injustice. Together with his friend Juraszek, they founded a band of robbers on Lysá hora. Harnaś Cieszynski was liked by the local peasants, who believed that he had supernatural powers and could not be hurt.
However, after a while Juraszek began to envy Ondraszek's position, influence and popularity. Tempted by the high reward, he and some of the brigands lured Ondraszek to an inn in Sviadnov and killed him there with his own magic axe. His body was then quartered and hung around the area.
However, Ondraszek's surrender turned out to be a trap, as the authorities, under the guise of handing out a pardon deed to Ondraszek and the robbers who had helped him, summoned them to Těšín, where they were all arrested and then sent to the galleys. Juraszek himself and Jerzy Polenda were imprisoned in Cieszyn and later sentenced to death.
