A place in the movie
The airport in Aleksandrowice (Bielsko-Biała district) was shown in the film "Dziewczyna szuka miłości" ["Girl Looking for Love"] from 1938. It was here that the locations were shot and the most spectacular scene in the history of Polish pre-war cinema took place. It was the scene of the plane crash. In the scenes from the airport, you can see the runway with the characteristic airport buildings.
