A place in the movie
This architectural gem located at the confluence of the Vah and Kysuce rivers is located in the Budatín district of Žilina. It is well preserved and open to visitors, and today it houses the Považie Museum. A scene of the film "Kiedy smoka boli głowa" was filmed there, in which the potential brides of Prince Janek run away from the castle because the prince deliberately put very hard dragon hair in their beds, which he received as a Christmas present from the dragon.
