A place in the movie
The city of Žilina is the heart of the region. Here, scenes for many films were filmed against the background of historical buildings. "Gdybym miał dziewczynę", "Trzeci smok" and "Blue Moon" were shot on Marian Square. Several scenes were shot at the train station in Žilina - on platform 5. An important filming site is Vysokoškolákov Street No. 2. In the sports hall at Bôrik, the pictures for the film "Rabaka" were shot. In the Budatín Castle, which is the pride of the Budatín district, shots were taken for the fairy tale "Kiedy smoka boli głowa".
