Hoszów, St. Nicholas Church
Lokacja szczegółowa
A place in the movie
St. Nicholas church in Hoszów is a former Greek Catholic church. Its construction was interrupted by the outbreak of World War II, when the building, still in construction, was used by the Germans as an ammunition warehouse. Completed after the war, it was used for a short time by Greek Catholics, and for some time it served as ... a sheepfold. In 1970, the church was taken over by the Roman Catholic Church. Currently, it is the church of Blessed Bronisława. The church was used in the 1960s in the film "Wilcze echa" ["The Wolves' Echoes"] as the place of the main character's secret meeting with Tekla.
