About the movie
Maszeńka, a girl living in an orphanage, dreams of a career as a prima ballerina. One day, she escapes from the facility, followed by Kordula, her eccentric guardian. Together, they travel all over Poland, from the Bieszczady Mountains to Gdańsk, in order to pass the ballet school exam. Along the way, they meet many interesting people who help the girl make her dream come true. Also behind Maszeńko is her father, who must find a new way to her heart and change his life.
