Rzeszów, 3rd Maja Street
Lokacja szczegółowa
A place in the movie
3-go Maja Street in Rzeszów is the main promenade of the city. Once called Pańska Street or "Paniaga", it was and is a place for walks, meetings in pubs, and sitting on benches. It is on this street that the atmospheric Rzeszów cinema "Zorza" is located, where in January 2019 the premiere of the children's and youth film Władcy przygód. Stąd do Oblivio took place, for which much of the filming was shot in Rzeszów and, among other things, right in front of the cinema itself. 3rd Maja Street appears in the opening credits of the film - Franek rides his bicycle there. In another scene, it is here that identical prams are accidentally switched. Viola, distracted, does not notice that instead of a child, she now has a dummy's head in her care. Frank gets a pram with a little girl, Monia, and Monia's sister, "Mała", with whom he quickly becomes friends. We will recognize a fragment of 3rd Maja Street in the film Bobry. Marcin and a waiter from the pub (played by director Hubert Gotkowski) are sitting on a bench on 3rd Maja, in front of an Irish pub. Marcin went to an Irish pub after arriving from Ireland and there he found information about an online auction where the seller was selling a guitar that Marcin had played in the band "Bobry" in the past.
